Paul Larkin

Paul Larkin is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in operations, technical support, and software development. Currently serving as an Operations Specialist and QA Specialist at FluentStream since August 2020, Paul focuses on enhancing customer satisfaction and reducing churn through a rigorous Support QA program. Prior to FluentStream, Paul held leadership and technical roles at Princeton Hosted Solutions and Verizon, along with significant experience in software development and configuration management at Lockheed Martin and Hewlett-Packard. Paul began a career in the US Navy, where responsibilities included managing a submarine's nuclear propulsion plant. Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Rutgers University.
