Juan Manuel Carvajal Castro

Juan Manuel Carvajal Castro has been working in the field of international business since 2013. Juan Manuel began their career at CISP Latin America and the Caribbean as a Projects Development Officer, where they supported the Project Formulation process and maintained the database of national and international Cooperators. In 2014, they moved on to CSAV as a Sales Support Coordinator for Export & Import, where they set the strategy to identify and search for new business leads in exports and imports. In 2015, they joined PROCOLOMBIA as a Trade Advisor for Digital and Creative Industries and an International Strategic Development Officer, where they advised Colombian companies in the sectors of software, IT, BPO, Digital Marketing, Animation, Audiovisuals, Health, and consulting services. In 2017, they began working as an Adjunct Professor - Diploma in Foreign Trade at EAFIT University. Currently, they are working as a Growth Manager at Fluid Attacks.

Juan Manuel Carvajal Castro obtained their International Negotiator degree from Universidad de Medellín in 2013. In 2016, they completed their MBA - Master in Business Administration degree from UNIR - La Universidad en Internet, specializing in Management, Administration, and Entrepreneurship. In 2021, they received a RECONOCIMIENTO COMPROMISO DOCENTE 2021 certification from Universidad EAFIT. Juan Manuel also received a Digital Transformation & Digital Entrepreneurship - Alibaba Global Digital Talent Program certification from Alibaba Group in 2021 and a Certificación Marketing Digital certification from Prime Digital Consulting - Colombia in 2020. Additionally, they obtained an English Proficiency Certificate from EF Education First in 2021.
