Ralf Henkel

Ralf Henkel is an experienced professional with a diverse background in engineering, operations, and management. Currently serving as a Vessel Test Engineer and Director of Warranty Services at Fluid Motion, LLC since October 2014, Ralf focuses on enhancing customer service and product development through rigorous testing and quality improvement initiatives. Prior to this role, Ralf worked as a Business Analyst for the State of Washington, where efforts were centered on connecting employers with qualified candidates. Ralf also has extensive experience in the automotive industry as an Operations/Service Manager and held leadership positions with the Washington Student Association of Community and Technical Colleges. Ralf's career began in the US Army as a Fire Direction Specialist. Education was completed at Edmonds College between 2002 and 2004.
