Minas Minassian

Minas Minassian has extensive work experience in engineering and leadership roles. Minas is currently serving as the Director of Electronics Engineering at Fluidra North America since February 2022. Before that, they worked at MagTek as the Vice President of Hardware & Firmware Engineering from August 2017 to February 2022. Prior to that, Minas was self-employed as a Consultant from October 2016 to July 2017. Minas also held various positions at Directed, including Vice President of Engineering, Sr. Director of HW/SW Engineering, Sr. Director HW/RF Systems, Director of Engineering, RF Engineering Manager, and RF Engineer. In these roles, they managed cross-functional teams, led engineering efforts, headed restructuring initiatives, and created and executed roadmaps for hardware and radio platforms.

Minas Minassian studied Electrotechnology with a focus on Telecommunications Engineering at Cegep de Saint-Laurent. In 2017, they obtained certifications in "Internet of Things: Roadmap to a Connected World" from MIT Professional Education and "Introduction to Architecting Smart IoT Devices" from EIT Digital.
