Neal Nowick is the VP of Global Operations at Fluke Networks. Neal has over 20 years of experience in managing and leading global businesses.
Neal started their career at Genie – a Terex brand in October 1998 as the Senior Director of Manufacturing Global Strategy. In this role, they were responsible for the manufacturing of aerial work lifts and platforms used in construction, maintenance, warehouse stocking, and equipment installation.
In February 2012, Neal became the General Manager and Managing Director of Terex Corporation – a manufacturer of construction equipment including a range of backhoe loaders, site dumpers, and compaction rollers. This business is now owned by Mecalac S.A.S. As the P&L owner and Global Business Leader, Neal was responsible for a 500 person team and $225M in revenue.
In May 2016, Neal became the General Manager and Managing Director of Continental Biomass Industries – a Terex brand and manufacturer of industrial wood and waste processing equipment. As the P&L owner and Global Business Leader, Neal was responsible for a team of 200+ people and $100M in revenue.
Neal’s current role as the VP of Global Operations at Fluke Networks is to provide operational leadership across all functions globally including Sales, Marketing, Service, Support, Finance, HR, IT, and Legal.
Neal Nowick studied engineering at the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, earning a BSME.
