Charles McManemin

Charles McManemin has extensive experience in the energy and chemicals sectors, currently serving as the Business Line President for Chemicals at Fluor Corporation since February 2002. McManemin's career includes various leadership roles, such as Vice President of Business Development & Strategy in the Chemicals division and Executive Director of Business Development & Strategy for Global Upstream. McManemin has a solid background in business development activities across the Middle East region, as well as a comprehensive track record in contract administration for major projects with companies like ExxonMobil, Chevron, and CITGO. Earlier in their career, McManemin worked as a Project Engineer for The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company and held positions at Shaw Constructors Inc. and International Maintenance Turnaround Company. McManemin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Texas A&M University.
