(from 2007 to 2009), chairman and chief executive officer of HMS Ventures (from 2004-2009) and president of Americas of Electronic Data Systems Corporation (EDS) (from 2003 to 2004). Joined EDS in 1978. Ms. Eberhart is also a director of Valero Energy Corporation, LPL Financial Holdings, Inc. and Jonah Energy LLC.
