Wendy Smith-Reeve

Wendy Smith-Reeve is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in emergency management and public policy. Currently serving as the Director of FEMA Business Operations at Fluor Corporation, Wendy also leads Smith Reeve Consulting, LLC as President. With a background as a member of the Homeland Security Advisory Council for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Wendy has held significant roles including Deputy Director at the Arizona Department of Emergency & Military Affairs and Director of the Arizona Division Of Emergency Management. Wendy holds a Master's Degree in Public Policy with a concentration in Law from the American Public University, completed between 2018 and 2020.
