Franklin Waller

Franklin Waller has a background in blockchain research and development, with a strong emphasis on decentralized systems. Franklin founded PlayOS, which focuses on building a decentralized front-end for running applications. Additionally, Franklin founded Rutile, a platform for decentralized computation.
