Tesia Zhou

Tesia Zhou started their work experience in 2013 as an intern at Empire State Development. In 2015, they worked as a marketing and advertising intern at Team Friday and then as an intern at the Center for Asian Americans United for Self Empowerment. In 2016, they interned at Accelerate Korea. Tesia joined L.E.K. Consulting in 2017 as a summer associate. From 2018 to 2020, they worked at L.E.K. Consulting as an associate and associate consultant. Tesia briefly worked as a strategist at Metis Labs during a furlough from L.E.K. In 2020, they became the Director of Operations at AMASS. Currently, they are the Director of Strategy and Finance at FLY BY JING, a role they started in 2021.
