Yifah Haim

Yifah Haim is a Customer Success Manager at Fly Money since June 2023, following a role as Customer Experience Manager at Fibo from July 2022 to July 2023, where Yifah focused on building strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional service. Prior experience includes content writing for Asael Dryer LTD, serving as a Telemarketing Agent for Promise Cosmetics, and working as a Foster Care Social Worker at Summit Institute, providing long-term interventions for families and collaborating with various authorities. Yifah also contributed as a Dean of Students Department Tutor at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, teaching social work students, and mentored at-risk youth as a mentor at Mechina Shachar. Yifah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
