Maarten De Moor

Maarten De Moor has been working in the engineering industry since 2011. In 2011, they worked as a Product Engineer at Gatewing. From 2013 to 2016, they were a Hardware Engineering Manager and Senior Mechanical Engineer at Trimble. In 2014, they co-founded and became a business owner at Max Climbing. From 2016 to 2018, they were the Manager of Mechanical Engineering at Delair-Tech. Since 2018, they have been working at Flyability as a Project Manager, Product Manager, and Software Product Owner. As Product Manager, they identified the main customer needs, product strategy, product requirements and product scenario's for Elios 3 in close collaboration with end-customers, internal stakeholders and R&D department. As Software Product Owner, they created the software vision and product release planning for Elios 2 for the software development Scrum team, and managed the product backlog.

Maarten De Moor received their Master's degree in Engineering from Ghent University in 2011. Prior to that, they received their Master's degree in Electromechanical Engineering from Katholieke Hogeschool Brugge-Oostende in 2009.
