Kuriakose Thomas

Kuriakose Thomas has a diverse range of work experience in the field of internal audit and consultancy. Kuriakose is currently serving as the Head of Internal Audit at flyadeal since March 2022. Prior to that, they co-founded and held the position of Senior Partner at Samagra Consulting from April 2021 to March 2022.

Kuriakose has also worked at Etihad Airways, where they held the role of Senior Manager Internal Audit from September 2016 to August 2020, and Manager Internal Audit from August 2008 to September 2016.

Kuriakose has also gained experience at airberlin group, where they worked as Vice President Compliance, Risk, and Audit from July 2017 to September 2017, and Head of Assurance and Advisory Services from September 2016 to June 2017.

Kuriakose began their career at Bahrain Airport Services as a Senior Internal Auditor from 2006 to 2008 and worked as a Senior Auditor at Deloitte from March 2001 to June 2006.

Kuriakose Thomas completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accountancy & Commerce from Madras Christian College from 1990 to 1993. Following that, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Political Science from Jawaharlal Nehru University, which they finished from 1993 to 1995.
