Lindsay Ellerby has a diverse and extensive work experience. In 1999, they started their career as an Assistant Language Teacher at Shikino High School in Japan. Lindsay then worked at Critical Mass as a UX Designer from 2003 to 2007, where they conducted user research and led the design process for clients such as Citi Cards and Citigroup. From 2007 to 2009, Lindsay held the role of Senior UX Designer at Critical Mass, where they continued to develop user-centered solutions for various clients.
In 2009, Lindsay started their own company, Lindsay Ellerby Design, where they worked as a Design Leader and conducted research projects for different clients. Lindsay also facilitated workshops and interviews to gain insights and uncover opportunities in the pharma space. Lindsay worked at Lindsay Ellerby Design until August 2009.
In 2010, Lindsay joined Normative as a Design Director and later took on the role of Senior Design Director, responsible for leading and coaching teams in various design projects, including product strategy, organizational research, and business strategy. Lindsay also worked on joint venture start-up projects to drive customer development. Lindsay worked at Normative until August 2023, where they held the position of Chief Innovation Officer.
Currently, Lindsay is the Vice President of Product & Design at Flybits and started in December 2023. More information about their role at Flybits is not provided.
Lindsay Ellerby earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from Wilfrid Laurier University, which they attended from 1995 to 1999. Lindsay also holds an additional certification in Blueprint Leadership Training from Raw Signal Group, obtained in 2020.
