Will Silveira

Will Silveira has a diverse work experience in the field of web development and design. Will has held various roles in different companies, starting their career as a Web Designer at Terramidia in 2005. Will then worked as a Designer at R2 Multieventos before joining Agência Hive as an Interactive Web Designer. At Agência Hive, they were responsible for managing, designing, and developing digital media, including websites and system interfaces.

In 2011, Will Silveira joined Midiaweb Inteligência Interativa as an Interactive Developer and Senior UI Designer. After that, they worked at Media Effects Group as a Senior Interactive Web Developer, where they created websites and web campaigns for clients and also handled art direction and development for various media platforms.

In 2012, they became the CTO and Director of UI/UX at F/FWD, where they led a team of designers and developers and worked closely with clients to decide the best architecture for each project. Will created mobile applications for clothing companies using Ionic and React Native.

From 2019 to 2020, Will Silveira worked as a Senior Frontend Developer and Project Technical Lead at McFadyen Digital. Will served as the Technical Lead of the Shopify architecture/projects development team and was responsible for Shopify-related topics. Will also developed UI's for e-commerce applications.

In 2019, they joined CodersClan as a Senior Web Developer, working on WP full-stack development within popular technologies and environments. Will worked on projects such as MyHeritage.com and Panaya.

In 2020, Will Silveira joined Toptal as a Senior Frontend Developer before moving to their current role at Flybits in 2021. At Flybits, they hold the position of Engineering Manager and Tech Lead for Web development.
