John Nguyen

John Nguyen has extensive experience in customer success and operations management, currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Flybuy by Radius Networks since April 2016. Prior to this role, John was an Associate in Transaction Processing at J.P. Morgan from June 2015 to March 2016. John also held the position of AVP in Deliveries Operations at Citigroup Global Markets from December 2007 to December 2014. Earlier in the career, John gained experience in back office operations at MF Global from January 1997 to December 2007.
