Casey Corpening

Casey Corpening has a diverse background in education and customer service. Currently serving as a Teacher in the Wake County Public School System since January 2021, Casey also gained experience as a Student Teacher. In parallel, Casey has been employed as a Server at The Flying Biscuit Cafe since May 2021. Prior to these roles, Casey worked as a Youth Counselor at the YMCA of the Triangle from October 2016 to May 2021 and as an Academic Support Specialist at Success4School from August 2019 to January 2020. Casey holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Sustainability and Middle Grades Science Education from Meredith College, earned in May 2022, and completed high school at Garner High School from 2014 to 2018.
