Karen Ramsay

Karen Ramsay is a highly experienced labor analyst with over a decade of expertise in costing and pricing roles, currently serving as the Costing and Pricing Labor Analyst Lead at Flying Food Group since October 2011. In this position, Karen trains analysts on Labor Standards using the Labor Engine MySQL database, coordinates labor minutes and costs for various airline accounts, and performs time studies to update Standard Labor Values. Prior experience includes roles as a Costing and Pricing Labor Analyst and a Production Supervisor at Flying Food Group, as well as a Customer Service Representative at Delta Air Lines and a Food Service Supervisor at Chartwells Dining Services. Karen holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Stockton University and an Associate of Science in Hospitality Administration/Management from Union County College.
