Cody Cavinee

Cody Cavinee has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2011, Cody worked as an Assistant Manager at Bath & Body Works, where they managed a large team and focused on achieving exceptional customer service and sales goals. From 2013 to 2015, Cody worked at Fairborn Vision Center as an Assistant Manager HR, where they managed optometric technicians, handled billing and insurance, and conducted recruitment. In 2015, Cody joined Graceworks Lutheran Services as a Human Resources Generalist, responsible for various HR tasks until 2017. They then moved on to CommuniCare Health Services as a Human Resources Director from 2017 to 2019. After that, Cody worked as a Learning Management System Administrator at Honda of America Mfg., Inc. for six months before joining Flying Horse Farms in 2019. At Flying Horse Farms, Cody initially served as a Human Resources Manager and was later promoted to Director of Operations in January 2023.

Cody Cavinee received their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General studies, from Wright State University. Cody also obtained a second Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management and Services, completing their education at Wright State University in 2014.
