Lee Ben Yosef

Lee Ben Yosef has a diverse work experience spanning across various companies and roles. They are currently working as a VP People at Flying Spark since March 2021. Previously, from 2017 to 2021, Lee was a Talent Acquisition Manager at The Kitchen Hub. During the same period, they also worked as an Organizational Development - Startups at Task until May 2020. From 2017 to 2019, Lee served as a Group Facilitator at Keshet. Prior to these roles, Lee owned and managed TASK Human Resources, a recruitment and HR solutions company from 2013 to 2017. They also worked as a Manager in the Employment Program at Rishon Le-Zion Municipality from 2010 to 2013.

Lee Ben Yosef has a Master's degree in Organizational Sociology from Bar-Ilan University, which was completed from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Group Facilitation & Leadership Development from the same university, covering the academic year 2009 to 2010. Lee's education history also includes a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences, with a major in organizational psychology, from Ariel University. This degree was earned between 2003 and 2006.
