Diana Rivera

Diana Rivera is an experienced recruitment professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and human resources. Currently serving as Principal Recruiter for North America and LATAM at Flylance since March 2023, Diana partners with sales teams to identify qualified opportunities and collaborates with the VP of Business Development to enhance hiring strategies. Before Flylance, Diana worked at Evalueserve from February 2019 to December 2022 as a Global Talent Acquisition Specialist for LATAM and India, focusing on candidate sourcing, screening, and coordinating assessments. Diana's earlier roles include HR Associate in Compliance and Talent Acquisition Specialist at Auxis, where responsibilities encompassed full-cycle recruitment and support in the HR department. Diana holds an MBA in Human Resources from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica, obtained between 2012 and 2016, and a prior degree from the same institution, completed in 2011.
