Hugh Lyle

Hugh Lyle serves as the Senior Vice President of Client Experience at Flylance, a position held since August 2021, where responsibilities include overseeing strategic planning sessions and ensuring the integration of new talent within client teams. Prior to this role, Hugh was the Vice President of Business Development and Head of Recruitment, facilitating candidate and client relationships and managing ATS systems. Hugh's earlier experience includes working as an On-Premise Sales Consultant at Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits and internships in brokerage and finance at Read King and Northwestern Mutual, respectively. Hugh holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Baylor University, earned in 2018.
