Sr. Facilities Manager - DMV / PA / SLC / NJ at Flynn

Steven Appel is an experienced facilities and project manager with a diverse background in construction and renovation. Currently serving as the Senior Facilities Manager for Flynn Group since March 2021, Steven oversees the management and renovation of approximately 145 Wendy's restaurants across multiple states. Steven's extensive experience also includes working as a Facilities Manager for NPC International, handling self-performed construction and managing larger projects with subcontractors. As the Owner of Appel Contracting Services, Inc. and the President of Appel Contracting, Inc., Steven has been involved in all aspects of new construction and remodeling, from bidding and contract management to employee oversight and client relations. Additional experience includes roles in health and safety management and project management for various firms, as well as early work as a Prototype Engineer. Steven holds an Associate's degree in General Studies from Harford Community College.
