Betsy Campbell Barth is currently the VP of People, Talent & Workplace at FLYR Labs. Prior to this, they were with PeopleTech Partners and Bill.com, where they served as Vice President, Total Rewards, People Ops & Analytics.

At Bill.com, Betsy was responsible for leading strategy and scale for the next phase of growth. Betsy oversaw executive and board compensation, talent management, compensation, benefits & equity, HRIS, HR operations & analytics, and M&A. Under their leadership, Bill.com grew to become a leader in financial process automation for small businesses and mid-size companies.

Betsy has a proven track record in developing and executing people strategies that enable high-growth companies to scale effectively. Betsy is an expert in the areas of compensation, benefits, equity, HRIS, and HR operations & analytics. Betsy is a strategic thinker who can see the big picture and develop creative solutions to complex problems. Betsy is a strong communicator and collaborator who builds trust and credibility with their team and stakeholders.

Betsy Barth has a Master's Degree in International Business from Schiller International University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Administration of Justice with a Minor in Spanish from Penn State University. Betsy also has certification from IEBA in Global Benefits Management.
