Kelley Michalik

Kelley Michalik has a comprehensive work experience in marketing and management roles. Kelley is currently serving as the Chief Marketing Officer at FLYR Labs since January 2023. Prior to this, they held the same position at Alight Solutions from September 2020 onwards. Before becoming the CMO, they served as the Vice President of Marketing at Alight Solutions from November 2017 to September 2020. Kelley also worked as the Director of Marketing - HR & Financial Cloud Solutions at Alight Solutions from February 2017 to May 2017.

Before their tenure at Alight Solutions, Kelley Michalik worked at Aon Hewitt, where they held multiple roles including Marketing Director for HR and Financial Cloud Solutions from March 2016 to February 2017, Marketing Manager from May 2014 to March 2016, and HR BPO Solution Consultant from November 2009 to May 2014.

Prior to their time at Aon Hewitt, Kelley Michalik worked at IBM as a Manager - Solution Architect from August 1996 to June 2007.

Kelley began their career as a Process Engineer at Ameritech Custom Business Services in August 1995.

Kelley Michalik obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. This educational achievement took place between the years 1994 and 1996.
