Richard D. Boucher

Richard D. Boucher, PMP, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engineering, project management, and product certification. Currently serving as an Advanced Engineer at FM Approvals since February 2013, Richard focuses on certifying equipment for hazardous locations in compliance with national and international standards. A member of the book review team at Ymaa Publications Ctr since January 2016, Richard contributes literary insights on martial arts publications. Richard’s photography work with Stillwater Images Group emphasizes fine arts and event photography. Previously, Richard held various engineering roles, including Systems Engineer at Motorola and Director of Engineering and Manufacturing at BL Healthcare, where leadership in product development and process optimization was key. Richard earned a master's degree in Computer Engineering from Northeastern University and holds a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Rhode Island, alongside having pursued MBA studies at Bryant University.
