Patrick Wade

Patrick Wade is an accomplished Senior Mortgage Underwriter with extensive experience in the mortgage industry, currently employed at F&M Bank since November 2021. Specializing in Veteran’s Affairs, conventional, jumbo, and non-conforming loans, Patrick has held similar positions at LoanPeople and Navy Federal Credit Union, where responsibilities included underwriting loan requests and conducting credit reviews. Previous roles at Bank of America involved corporate underwriting and management of mortgage underwriting teams, where Patrick consistently achieved a low defect rate and trained numerous underwriters and processors. With a diverse background that includes experience at JPMorgan Chase, Wells Fargo Financial, and time as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps, Patrick has developed a strong foundation in leadership, sales, and financial analysis. Patrick holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Business/Corporate Communications from The University of Toledo.
