Cristopher Moore

Cristopher Moore, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Cristopher has held various roles in different companies, demonstrating their expertise in infrastructure engineering, application support, and project management.

At FM Global, Cristopher served as the Chapter Lead for Infrastructure and Cloud Services, where they were responsible for driving expansion and optimization of infrastructure engineering and architectural Chapters. Cristopher also led a 14-member team and fostered individual and group growth. Prior to this role, they served as the Associate Chapter Lead for the same department.

Additionally, Cristopher worked as a Principal Server Technology Specialist at FM Global, where they provided support and leadership to the Platform Services Team. Cristopher reduced operating costs, improved system availability, and increased efficiency by leveraging automation and evaluating technologies to align with the company's goals.

Before joining FM Global, Cristopher worked as a Senior Application Support Engineer at American Student Assistance and as a Service Delivery Lead at RBS International. At American Student Assistance, they provided support for external-facing websites and integrating applications. At RBS International, they supported PeopleSoft's Human Capital Management Application and managed production issues and inquiries.

Cristopher also held roles at Citizens, where they served as the Application Support Team Lead and Application Support Engineer. Cristopher led a team of support engineers, provided production support for various applications, and served as a subject matter expert for custom-developed and commercial off-the-shelf applications.

Throughout their career, Cristopher has demonstrated strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a track record of driving efficiency and improvement in IT operations.

Cristopher Moore holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Salve Regina University. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Rhode Island. In addition to their formal education, Cristopher has obtained certifications, including the HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate (003) from HashiCorp. Cristopher is also certified as a Microsoft Azure Administrator and has a Professional Certificate in Computer Programming from the Community College of Rhode Island.
