Jeff Hartleroad

Jeff Hartleroad has extensive work experience in the insurance and engineering industry. JEFF currently holds the position of Vice President, Operations Engineering Manager at FM Global, a role they started in 2022. Previously, they worked at AFM Insurance as the Operations Vice President, Group Manager of Account Engineering from 2019 to 2021. In this role, they were responsible for managing the engineering operations in the AFM Chicago office and leading the team in achieving key objectives such as new business development and risk improvement. Before joining AFM Insurance, Jeff worked at FM Global as a Field Engineering Group Manager from 2015 to 2019. JEFF started their career at AFM in 2012 as a Senior Account Engineer, where they assessed loss potential, developed cost-effective solutions, and drove risk improvement. Jeff also held various roles at FM Global from 2002 to 2012, including Manager, Office Engineering and Training, and Senior Consultant Engineer.

Jeff Hartleroad attended Trine University from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering. In 2000, they briefly studied Chemical Engineering, Economics, and Literature at the University of Sydney.
