Tescha Borgstrom

Tescha Borgstrom is a Corporate Senior Training and Development Manager at FM Industries, responsible for designing and improving training and employee development programs to align with organizational goals. Prior to this role, Tescha was at Flex for 18 years, serving in various leadership positions including Senior Director of Global Learning Innovation and Senior Director of Global Learning Solutions, where management of an offshore eLearning team and implementation of learning management systems were key responsibilities. Tescha also directed the learning strategy at Flex and managed large teams to support employee training across a substantial workforce. Earlier career experience includes training and development management at Dovatron, where responsibilities included technical training delivery and manufacturing supervision. Tescha holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Bridgeport.
