Tatia Belle Kindred, CF APMP, currently serves as Sr. Manager of Business Development at FM Talent Source since 2022. Previously, Tatia held the position of Director of Business Development at Changeis, Inc. from June to December 2021, and served as Proposal Director at Leonardo DRS from August 2020 to June 2021. As Global Proposal Director at Nuix from September 2013 to April 2020, Tatia directed global sales documentation operations and managed automated tools for various proposal templates supporting a large global organization. Earlier, as Federal Capture Manager at AccessData from June 2008 to July 2013, Tatia was recognized for outstanding performance in securing significant federal contracts. Tatia completed education at Brigham Young University from 2004 to 2006 and at Brigham Young University–Hawaii from 1998 to 2000.
