Daniela Jaros

Daniela Jaros is an accomplished legal and policy expert with extensive experience in banking and finance regulation. Since February 2014, Daniela has served as Deputy Head of Division and Policy Expert at FMA Finanzmarktaufsicht Österreich. Daniela's academic involvement includes teaching roles at Universität Graz and the University of Tartu, focusing on European banking and financial crises. Prior to these positions, Daniela worked as a Legal Associate at Barnert Egermann Illigasch Rechtsanwälte GmbH and gained research experience as a Visiting Research Scholar at the University of Michigan Law School. Daniela holds a Ph.D. in International Law from the European University Institute, complemented by an LL.M. and prior legal education, including an Erasmus exchange at Université Paris Nanterre.
