Twikale Chirwa

Twikale Chirwa is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as Head of Marketing at First Capital Bank in Malawi since June 2022. Previously, Twikale held the position of Marketing Manager at Castel Malawi from May 2018 to June 2022, focusing on brands marketing, trade execution, and commercial management. From November 2009 to January 2018, Twikale worked as a Senior Brand Manager at Carlsberg Malawi Ltd, where responsibilities included marketing a portfolio of assorted beverages, driving profitable brand growth, and developing effective brand strategies. Twikale holds an MBA from the Eastern & Southern Africa Management Institute, has completed the Carlsberg Asia & Africa Accelerated Development Initiative Programme at China Europe International Business School, and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Malawi - Polytechnic.
