Timothy Smith

Timothy Smith has extensive work experience in financial and executive roles. Timothy started their career as a Certified Public Accountant at Coopers & Lybrand in 1996. From 1998 to 2001, they served as the Corporate Controller & European Director of Finance at Specialty Filaments, Inc. Following this, they held the position of Vice President/CFO/COO at Enefco USA, Inc. from 2003 to 2013. During this time, they also worked as the Vice President / CFO at Odyssey Bay Ventures, Inc. from 2001 to 2013. In 2016, they became the Chief Financial Officer at Cambridge Biomedical Inc. From 2017 to 2018, they took on the role of COO / CFO at ALE | Atlantic Lab Equipment Inc. Most recently, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at Knox Financial from 2019 to 2022. Since 2013, they have been serving as the President / CEO of TAMAS Logic, Inc. In 2001, they also held the position of Vice President / CFO at FMB, Inc.

Timothy Smith holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management from Susquehanna University. Timothy further pursued their education at Lehigh University, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management. In terms of additional certifications, they became a Certified Public Accountant in 1994 and acquired the Chartered Global Management Accountant qualification from the AICPA in 2012.
