Alex de la Pena

Alex De La Pena is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the design and apparel sector, currently serving as General Manager for FMF Racing since October 2015, where responsibilities encompass design, communication, leadership, strategy, and performance. As the Owner and Creative Director of Bowie Projects LLC since 2008, Alex emphasizes creativity across various domains, including surf, sport, and motorsports. Previous roles include Co-Founder and Vice President of Merchandising and Design at Mada Inc. (2003-2008), Design Director at Element Skateboards (2001-2003), and Co-Founder and Vice President of Merchandising and Design at Ezekiel (1992-2001). Alex’s career began with an education from the California Culinary Academy, demonstrating a diverse skill set in design and merchandising.
