Ilkin Safarov

Ilkin Safarov has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Human Resources Operations Team Leader at Facility Management Group (FMG) since May 2021, after progressing through roles including Senior Human Resources Specialist and Lead HR Specialist. Prior to joining FMG, Ilkin worked for Kapital Bank from June 2007 to May 2021, where responsibilities included serving as a Customer Relations Specialist.
