Will Gunn, MBA, CBCS, CBDE, currently serves as the Professional Services Delivery Manager at FMG since August 2018, where responsibilities include enhancing service scalability, customer loyalty, and team satisfaction. Will also holds the title of Lead Marketing Strategist, developing go-to-market strategies, training teams on service offerings, and overseeing the DIFM Marketing program. Prior experience includes roles as a Freelance Writer at Pro Podcast Solutions, a Senior Marketing Specialist at Elevate, and a Strategic Consultant at Platinum Advisor Strategies, where successful strategies led to increased monthly revenue and improved customer engagement.
