Eliel Kesteloot

Eliel KESTELOOT currently serves as the Directeur commercial at FMI Process since February 2023, a company specializing in the study, design, and manufacture of equipment for industry and the environment. Prior to this, Eliel KESTELOOT worked at SAUR from October 2015 to February 2023, initially as Directeur AUVERGNE-LOIRE and later as CHEF d'AGENCE LOIRE RHÔNE, overseeing the development of water and wastewater services in the Loire county, managing a budget of €12.7 million, and leading a team of 76 employees. From 2010 to 2015, Eliel KESTELOOT served as General Manager for SAUR in Saudi Arabia, managing water and wastewater services for the cities of Makkah and Taif, and previously held the role of TAIF City Director. Earlier experience includes positions as Wastewater Operation and Maintenance Manager and Area Manager for environmental services at SAUR from 1999 to 2010, responsible for multiple counties in France. Eliel KESTELOOT holds a Brevet de Technicien Supérieur in water management from Lycée Agricole de Nîmes-Rodihan.
