Natalie Cappiello

Natalie Cappiello is an accomplished finance and operations leader with extensive experience in the technology and facilities management sectors. Currently serving as COO of FMI Works since April 2018, Natalie has played a crucial role in enhancing the software solution's simplicity and effectiveness for various industries. Previously, as CFO at Zuuse from October 2014 to April 2018, Natalie managed financial reporting during a significant growth phase, developing the finance function and participating in mergers and acquisitions. Before Zuuse, Natalie held positions as an accounting specialist for not-for-profits and finance manager at Indus International, where critical enterprise asset management solutions were developed. Academically, Natalie holds a Master's degree in Accounting from the University of Southern Queensland and a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Griffith University, along with CPA Australia certification.
