Jace Jeesun HAN has over 15 years of work experience in the energy sector and international finance. Currently, they are the Manager and Head of Asia & Eastern Europe at FMO, the Dutch entrepreneurial development bank. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Portfolio Officer in the Energy Department at FMO. Before joining FMO, Jace worked at the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank as a Project Team Lead and Investment Operations Specialist for the Energy sector. Jace Jeesun also gained experience at the World Bank as a Senior Energy Finance Consultant. Earlier in their career, Jace worked as an Investment Manager in the Energy/Upstream division at SK innovation. Jace Jeesun started their career as an Economist at the European Commission's DG Trade. With their extensive background in energy finance and international development, Jace brings valuable expertise to their current role at FMO.
Jace Jeesun HAN has a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania. They also have an English Diploma from Phillips Exeter Academy. Additionally, Jace Jeesun HAN holds a Master's degree in International Economics and Finance from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS). They further pursued a Master's degree in European Studies, specializing in Law, Politics, Economics, History, and the European Union, from KU Leuven.
