Lidiya Sharenkovska

Lidiya Sharenkovska is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Assistant at FMO - Dutch entrepreneurial development bank since January 2023. Previously, Lidiya held roles as an HR Assistant at Worley in the Netherlands, and as a Talent Acquisition Assistant at the European Medicines Agency, where support was provided to the recruitment function. Lidiya's earlier experience includes positions at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, encompassing roles in employee relations and performance management. Additional HR experience was gained as a Recruitment Coordinator at Cisco Systems and as a Resourcing Assistant at The Carphone Warehouse. Lidiya holds a CIPD diploma level 5 in General HR Practice from Avado and a diploma in HR - Personnel Practice from the University of West London, in addition to a diploma in electronics from the Technical University of Varna.
