Marcela Ruibal

Marcela Ruibal is an experienced professional in impact measurement and sustainable development, currently serving as the Manager of Impact Measurement and Integrated Reporting at FMO - Dutch Entrepreneurial Development Bank since June 2019. Previously, Marcela held the position of Director at ValueLab BV from January 2016 to June 2019, focusing on transforming ideas into actionable projects. Marcela founded BusinessMinds BV in 2004, where work involved developing tools for mobility and transport projects, particularly supporting initiatives like Bus Rapid Transit in major cities and adapting resilience value delivery processes with support from the Rockefeller Foundation. Early career experience includes a Business Consultant role at Shell from 2000 to 2004. Marcela holds a Master of Engineering in Chemistry from Universidad de la República and an MBA from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.
