Jeff Rey has extensive work experience in various roles in two different industries. Jeff started his career at Laser Tek Industries in 1988 as an Operations Manager and stayed with the company until 2001. Jeff then founded Paradyme Corporation and served as the Owner from 2001 to 2004, which he sold. Jeff then joined Clover Technologies Group in 2004 as the Head of Color Research & Development until 2007. Following this, he founded Siram LLC with his business partner and served as the VP (Co-Owner) there from 2008-2013, which he then sold to an overseas corporation. From 2013 to 2015, he worked as a Quality Control Manager at Micro Solutions Enterprises until they sold to a competitor. In 2016, Jeff's changed industries from inkjet and toner to outdoor power equipment at the FNA Group, where he proudly serves Gus Alexander and Chris Alexander as the Director of Global Quality, he is responsible for Quality domestically and overseas.

Jeff Rey attended ITT Technical Institute in Illinois from 1992 to 1996, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronic Engineering & Technology. Jeff's field of study focused on several Engineering subdisciplines, such as applied design, electronics, battery technology, embedded systems, control systems and instrumentation. In 1997, he continued his education and enrolled at Illinois State University where he completed studies & certifications in Kaizen Methodologies, Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
