Rick Gilpatrick has extensive work experience in the engineering field. Rick started their career in 1992, holding various engineering positions with companies such as Generac Power Systems, Sta-Rite Corporation, and Concept Technical Group, Inc. In 2005, they joined Briggs & Stratton, where they served as an Engineering Manager and later as Director of Concept Engineering, overseeing a budget of $3 million and leading teams in ideation, engineering, and rapid product concepts. In 2016, they joined FNA Group as a Senior Vice President, focusing on global research and development, product engineering, and innovative product development.
Rick Gilpatrick completed their Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology at the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, from 1988 to 1992. Rick then pursued their MBA with a specialization in Business Management at Cardinal Stritch University, from 2004 to 2006.
