Shilpa Mathai

Ms. Mathai has over 17 years of experience in investment banking, across public and private markets, in multiple geographies. She has worked in buy and sell-side capacities with global asset managers and has a strong breadth of strategic and operational skills in multiple asset classes. Ms. Mathai has a proven track record of capital formation and is a relationship builder with expertise in portfolio management, leading investor consortiums, transaction structuring, manager selection, marketing, and origination. She graduated with degrees in Economics and Commerce from Stella Maris University, India; Diploma in Journalism from the UK; and holds FINRA SIE, Series 63, and 82 licenses.
