Thierry Desforges

Thierry DESFORGES has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Thierry started their career as an Engineer at Yara in 2002, working as a technico-commercial. In 2005, they started their own business and served as the Manager until 2006. Thierry then worked at UNION INVIVO as an Assistant Product Manager from 2006 to 2009. After that, they joined Cheminova A/S as the Portfolio Manager for France and Benelux, responsible for marketing management and strategy implementation from 2009 to 2013.

In 2013, Thierry founded Monpotager.com, a company that provides customers with the ability to cultivate fruits and vegetables online and have them delivered. Thierry served as the Founder/CEO of the company until an unspecified date.

Thierry was also recognized as a Laureate at Réseau Entreprendre from 2014 to 2015 before working at Emile et Une Graine as the Customer and Producer Happiness Manager starting from February 2019.

More recently, Thierry joined EARL DE L'EVANGILE as the Farmer in 2016, where the farm specializes in polyculture and direct sales. Thierry also became the Principal Manager of the company in 2017. Additionally, they are currently a Vice President of the R&D Commission in charge of Digital Technology at FNSEA, starting in June 2023.

Thierry DESFORGES has a diverse educational background. Thierry attended ESSEC Business School from 2009 to 2011, where they pursued a Mastère Spécialisé in Marketing Management. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Agriculture, Agriculture Operations, and Related Sciences at TECOMAH from 2000 to 2002. Thierry also obtained an Associate's Degree in Agriculture, Agriculture Operations, and Related Sciences from LEGTA Le Chesnoy - Les Barres between 1998 and 2000. Their high school education was conducted at Lycée de Mennecy from 1995 to 1998, focusing on Mathematics.

Additionally, Thierry DESFORGES holds a certification as a Scrum Master. Thierry acquired the Certificated Scrum Master (CSM) credential from the Scrum Alliance in September 2014.
