Henrik Berglykke

Henrik Berglykke has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Henrik started their career in 2000 as a Project Manager at Erhvervs- og Selskabsstyrelsen. Henrik then worked as a Stationed Consultant at Den digitale taskforce from February to June 2003. Henrik joined FOA in June 2003 and held the position of Chief Consultant and Project Manager until November 2006. From December 2006 to August 2007, they became the Head of Organizational Development Section at FOA. In September 2007, they worked as a Consultant at Devoteam Consulting A/S. Henrik rejoined FOA in May 2008 and held several roles including Chief Consultant and Project Manager, Head of IT Project Section, and Deputy CIO, until December 2017. Currently, they are employed as the IT and Digitalization Manager (CIO/CDO) at FOA, a position they have held since January 2018.

Henrik Berglykke's education history is as follows:

Henrik completed a Master's degree in IT leadership from IT-Universitetet i København from 2013 to 2016. This degree focused on professional IT management.

From 2011 to 2012, Henrik attended Niels Brock for a diploma program in leadership and management. This program emphasized personal and professional leadership skills.

In 2009 and 2010, Henrik studied at Implement for a course on implementation and business cases for experienced project managers. This course provided knowledge and skills in implementing projects and developing business cases.

In 2007, Henrik attended Mannaz for a course on change management. This course focused on strategies and techniques for leading and managing organizational change.

Between 2000 and 2004, Henrik completed a project management program consisting of five modules from Implement and Mannaz. This program awarded him the title of Examined Project Manager, equipping him with comprehensive project management skills.
