Doug Gradek

Doug Gradek has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Doug started their career as a Marketing Analyst at Lithonia Lighting in July 1994 and worked there until May 1997. Doug then joined KPMG US as a Consultant in May 1997 and remained with the company until December 1999. In 2000, Doug became the President & CEO of Foam Design Inc., a position they still hold.

Doug Gradek attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville from 1992 to 1994, where they earned an MBA with a focus on Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management. Prior to that, they attended Rollins College from 1986 to 1990, majoring in Economics. In 1984, they also attended Portsmouth Abbey, but no degree or field of study is specified for this institution.
