Jaanika Kahju

Jaanika Kahju is an experienced HR manager and board member at FOB Solutions, where responsibilities extend beyond HR to include sales activities, contributing to an annual revenue increase of 100,000 €. Previously, Jaanika served as a talent manager at Icefire, focusing on talent acquisition, competency development, and supporting management with HR strategies. Jaanika's tenure at Ericsson as an HR partner in the Engineering & IT department included recruiting over 70 highly technical engineers, managing relocation for around 50 engineers, and developing leadership talent programs. Jaanika holds a Master's degree in Organizational Behavior Studies from Tallinn University and a diploma in Human Resources Management from Mainor Business School.
