Houda AIMEUR

Houda AIMEUR has a range of work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2018, they worked as an intern at Turkish Airlines. From there, they went on to work as the Responsable contrôle projets at SARL ENTEC Engineering Technics starting in 2014.

In 2016, Houda AIMEUR became a Speaker and Coach at Startup Weekend, and in 2019, they joined FocalPoint as an Executive Business Coach. Alongside this role, they also founded and became the CEO of PH7 Coaching & Consulting in the same year.

In 2020, Houda AIMEUR contributed to Algeria Startup Challenge as a Membre du comité scientifique. Currently, they serve as an Authorized Training Provider at GInI - Global Innovation Institute from February 2021 onwards.

Houda AIMEUR completed their education in a chronological manner. Houda first attended Lycée Constantine from 2005 to 2008, where they achieved a Baccalauréat in Sciences Naturelles. Houda then enrolled at Université Mentouri de Constantine from 2008 to 2012, earning a Licence degree in Management de Projet. Following this, from 2012 to 2014, they attended Centre Universitaire Larbi Benmhidi d'Oum El Bouaghi, where they obtained a Master 2 (M2) degree in Gestion des Ressources Humaines / Administration du Personnel, Général. Lastly, they pursued their Doctorat en Management in Développement des Ressources Humaines from Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers, where they studied from 2017 to 2021.
